Roger A. Soape, Inc. assists real estate professionals, landowners and mineral owners in conducting mineral title research, locating the owners of mineral interests which have been severed from the surface, purchasing severed mineral rights and/or securing from the mineral owners surface use waivers or designations of drill sites.
Our company is very familiar with the application of Texas Railroad Commission Rule 76, which allows surface owner developers to establish binding designated drill site areas with the Railroad Commission, under certain conditions. One such project, Bridgeland, in which the firm has been successfully involved, is one of the largest master planned communities in Harris County, Texas.
"Roger is the best in the business in my opinion"
David W. Pitschmann Senior VP & General Counsel Alamo Title Company
"Roger, please allow me a serious and sentimental moment.I want you to know how much I have enjoyed working with you and how much I think of you. You opened my eyes to how valuable a good landman can be and believe me, you are better than good. I hope that Bridgeland appreciates how much you have contributed to helping them over the years.”
